Bayougal Photography Policies

• All clients will be sent a link to an online gallery where digital files can be VIEWED, DOWNLOADED and ORDERED from your PC or mobile phone. Final purchased images are available for viewing, downloading, sharing and printing through online LINK up to 10 years.
   
• All orders must be paid in full before services are rendered.
• Services which offer two locations for shooting must be within a 10 mile distance of one another.
   
• Final / Edited images will be available for viewing through online LINK 14 DAYS following session. 
   
• ​Clients will be sent all edited images with a watermark through online link and will identify FAVORITES, once favorites are identified all remaining images (not favorited) will be deleted from clients online gallery. 
   
• Client will have 24hours to view and choose (FAVORITED) images. 
   
• You may purchase each additional digital for $20.00 or for $99.00 all remaining digitals in gallery .
   
• FULL REFUNDS will ONLY be granted in the event Photographer has an emergency and client wishes not to reschedule or I am unable to render services or client CANCELS 48HOURS prior to photo session.
   
• As a courtesy, CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING  requests must be made 48hours prior to scheduled photo session.
   
• Requests for Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments with less than 48hr notice will only be honored in the following circumstances: inclement weather, client or immediate family member hospitalized or death in the family. All others will incur a fee, therefore, Client is NOT entitled to FULL REFUND of payment.
